Most of my flock was mainly Lleyn X Charolais and I'd happily have had 100% crosses. I'd describe them as very similar to a Lleyn, maternal, plenty of milk, just with more body. We found you could put them back to a Lleyn tup and get very good meat lambs.

@Man_in_black , I should perhaps point out that Clive's rams were always from better maternal lines than some, as he was looking at retaining daughters. As such, if anyone wants some Char x females, these would be a good choice.

I think you should send 30 up to Leek market this saturday just to test the water.
