Flying rats getting busy here so need some but prices really seem to vary

Mine come from APM of Spaldings but I have enough left over from last year not to need to buy any more. What brand are you looking at? Portek?

portek is what we have been using but really not fussed on brand as long as they go bang
 
Paying 28 pound and a bit , not sure of exact figure ,,,,,, I could get them for a bit less but means buying bulk ,,,,,, the ones I get are just 3 or so miles down the road so I get 6 boxes as I need them
Was hanging up about 7 a day when I was suffering with rooks on 2 fields of beans but beans have grown away so down to 4 or 5 ropes on the rape ,,,,,,,, but at least I'm on top of the job and it's the neighbours who are feeding them at the moment tho not in the numbers we usually see

Last time I looked our local CLAAS dealer was cheapest, much to my amazement.
Buying groups usually pretty competitive round here also...

Not many here. I've got gas bangers out when a few started dropping into the osr pre Christmas but it is all quiet at the moment.
