No' but I think it usually comes the first days of June.

Nope, life member but won't be going this year anyway, they should rename it the Ruddy Horse Show.

How many tickets do you get from a membership?was thinking about taking the wife and kids this year.

Just get a ticket for the member..... and nice little badge......... and a voucher for a programme, catalogues cost extra. Spouse is gonna cost you over £20 and that's before she wants T&aP. Thats if you can navigate past where they've closed all the lanes off so Chamile Ponsonby-Ffarquhar can pratt around on her demented gelding as she makes her way to and from the ring. Might be an idea to arrange a second mortgage before you decide to settle for a hotdog of unknown origin and watery coffee because that's the only stand that doesn't have a queue from now 'til doomsday

Love the heavies but the show seems to have been given over to the showjumpers and the like.

Spent my first 3 summers after leaving school doing the show 'circuit' with our very successful cattle team. starting with the Ayrshire then the Highland, the Great Yorkshire and the Royal, taking in the one day shows in between but nowadays the ones that have survived have precious little to do with Ag as far as I can see. I lost my illusions about the show/pedigree livestock decades ago. I'm now just a cynical old git but if anyone needs halters made or halter training done with young stock..............

Shame youre not closer, I'd love to do a bit of showing, only, just realised the cow I would most like to show is now 10 years old!

Pack arrived Today,no daily tickets just a badge that will get scanned at the entrance with your name and membership number on it.
