Speed signal from Deutz M620/625

Has anyone managed to intercept a speed signal output from either a plug or wiring loom on a Deutz 620?
I was once told the ISO looking plug was not actually an ISO plug or didn't have speed output but can't find any info to verify this?

Thanks in advance

This what you are after ? Can't remember whether it is the one in the photo or the one just below in the book.
I was going to set up an implement switch off it - never got it done tho.
Use it for the kuhn fertiliser spreader - just plug calibrate and go.

There's two standards used in agriculture. ISO 11783 also known as isobus gives the can bus controller connections, and ISO 11786 gives additional sensor outputs, including speed.

If you want to make a neat job, the plug is a standard Deutsch nine pin connector also known as a J1939.

Looks so much more professional than a bit of wire shoved into the socket in the cab(y)

Thanks Dr Dunc and TC

I was unaware you had seen my wiring Dr Dunc........ You are correct, it looks so much more professional with the correct fitment.

My gripe is I was told on good authority I couldn't be done and they didn't have a diagram for it in any case. I smelt more than a rat......

TC do you want me to order you a plug. I have 2 machines to do, I can export GPS speed from one but I need a plan B for the other. Might keep a spare for stock.

Thanks again

Plug might be useful if it could switch fert tank with rear linkage.
