Have you actually read what vehicles are actually being provided. Most of it is end of life ready for disposal and already replaced with new kit.

Sunak yet again being a Pratt posing on an army Jackal vehicle that the army use, god help any soldiers using these things with drones flying everywhere, just as well give the lot to the Ukrainians & right it off as yet another few billion wasted on army procurement.
