seen no spreading in last 2 weeks in north wales or Cheshire and that's liquid and muck, some areas of uk are different for rules and regs though,
December is probably when people are ram packed, i'll muck some sheds out next week, but they'll all be going in to the midden to rot down for next year

Neighbours have been umbilical spreading for the last 2 or 3 days and I wondered when the closed season started. I think they call it dirty water as opposed to slurry though. 2 million gallons though nvz here too!

It's bizarre that my light ground is in NVZ, but the heavy wetter stuff isn't, because the water from those fields runs a different way, into Wales, as it happens.
One of my neighbours say's sod it, and spread cow slurry every day last winter. He said no one came to check or said anything!

i have a feeling it's usually people tipping of the EA about it that gets them in the sh!t, but they have these drones now, so who knows.
