Sorghum harvest.
Have a contract for high moisture ( 14 % ) sorghum delivered to Narrabri ( 130 km ), but we hit 15% so have pulled up for the weekend

80 tonne bin is empty, but Little Blue isn’t man enough to pop it back out of its hole, so will trundle down here in the morning with Big Red & snig it out

Random dead pig by side of road. We have had lots of pigs in the sorghum & have been shooting them from a helicopter, but haven’t actually seen any while harvesting ( they do have plenty of other cover & crops around to hide in )

Big clear out continues so went to clear a corner of a field this morning, tractor battery was flat and wouldn’t start with charger or jumpleads so had to swap another battery on, got to field hitched up one trailer and brakes were stuck on!

Managed to drag it onto some tarmac to get them moving. Dad was given a caravan transporter trailer years ago and it’s been sat in field for ahem a long time, hitched that one up and a lot of the chassis but only one axle followed!

so had to resort to flat packing it

And adding it onto the ever growing scrap pile.
