Sorry about the repetitions! They're the tub-fed ones where you have the bottle suspended either around your neck, off your arm or shoulder and the tube flows down your arm to the vaccinator gun. The white plastic holder on the right hand side of the image folds in itself to support any size bottle or vial and hang around your arm/neck/shoulder.
