You use them by placing one under the steps of a neighbour's tractor so you can get a headstart while they are worrying about where the bloody hell it has come from.

No they found them in old stock . They say do not remove so how would you know they need replacement, so why have in stock

I guess if some genius tightened them up FT then they might slip a thread; fairly niche stock item though as you say.
