Any photos of what you have bought or do we have to wait till the container arrives.Are you going to use it as it comes or is it off into the workshop to be modified

I've just bought the toolbar, I know it need a wee bit of work but nothing too bad, not too sure about transport width, might have to reduce that a bit but would rather not. image.jpg

@Knockie - what are your plans then? I think you've said before you can't grow Wheat as its too late to harvest so what are you thinking of doing? Total direct drilling or a bit of a mix? What other crops have options?
@SilliamWhale been rethinking the rotation over the last couple of years, rape acres are down to zero for next year with a chunk of wheat and spring barley. Had about 550 acres of wheat this year, mostly Grafton which yielded well at a low cost/tonne.
Aye planning a mix depending on conditions etc, eventually drilling everything with the CS.
We don't have BG up here so early drilling not a problem, also plan to chop more straw so there's a good chance the combine and the drill will be in the same field at the same time.
The openers are grain and solid fert with the added bonus of liquid fert too, so fairly versatile in that respect.
