The 37 indictments against him look pretty damming (treasonous?) this time. Ironically, he potentially will be caught be some of his own laws he put in place to try and get Hillary Clinton. His saving grace could be the Florida circuit judge who will hear the case is a Trump appointee and is known to be a supporter, unless the prosecutor can get her removed as being compromised. :scratchhead:

Trump signed a bill, which made changes to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, into law in January 2018.
It upgraded the seriousness of wrongly moving classified material, turning it from a misdemeanor into a felony — and increasing the maximum sentence to five years, up from one. This was passed after Trump's relentless attacks during the 2016 presidential campaign on Hillary Clinton, who was being investigated over whether she mishandled classified information.
