Wtd-Barn/ Workshop to rent near colchester, essex

Hi, I currently run a fibre glassing company and am currently based in braintree. Due to a house move (to near to ipswich road, colchester) which is happening at the start of January i am looking to relocate the workshop closer to Colchester to reduce my travel time.

Has anyone got/know of any workshop units to rent near colchester?
currently my workshop is the following and would like similar:

-800sqft (ideally i would like a bit bigger so that i can fit a car in)
- concrete floor
-double doors sometimes i do full kitcars for customers and sometimes i strip donors.
-space outside to store a car/ trailer
- water tight
- lighting
- a few electrical outlets, the main tools that i use are a compressor, angle grinders, & radio. on the odd occasion when requested by a customer i do have a welder and metal saw that i use. i don't use a lot of electric, my normal bill is £12 per quarter which is mainly the daily use charge.

Normally i work mornings, evenings & weekends. when working mornings and evenings i dont make any noise as i try to only do the glassing and try to keep the trimming to the weekends when others are also making noise.

thanks for looking

Dan

Hi, new to the forum. I hate to tread over previous OP's thread but I'm seeking the same. Any barn space available near SK4 (South Manchester)?
