It's an auto darkening helmet for 20 bucks seriously like how much cheaper should it be[emoji10] I think I paid round the 300 pound mark for one 10 years ago that wouldn't be as clear to see through as that one amazing really the way technology gets cheaper

Yeah I get what your saying but when this company is selling the same mask for less elsewhere then the discount code is a bit of a joke.

I ordered one of the welding helmets, it was meant to be delivered on Thursday 30 October by DPD parcels, got text to say between 12 & 1pm, they did not turn up, I PM'd welding supply's on here and asked where it was, they sent me a reply back saying it was delivered and signed for, the name that was signed for is not known at my address, and no one of that name has ever lived at my address, so on Monday I PM'd them again, they read the PM at 4.30pm on Tuesday this week, I have been waiting for a reply, still no reply, yet,
I asked them to either collect from where they delivered it to and re deliver to the correct address, or collect and return for a full refund,
they could of at least replied and try to sort something out, but no,

very disappointed so far,

does anyone else have problems with DPD, as I seem to get them all the time, yet other parcel firms seem to find our address ok

I would not if normally posted things like this, but after they have read my PM and not a word from them, and had time to drop me an answer, then I see fit to post it on here

edit, it seems like DPD are the ones at fault, but my dealing were with WS, and they took payment, and think they should sort it out, it's there lack of response that is their fault

I had a DPD driver turn up here trying to drop something off, the name of the house was half right. When i told him it wasn't here he scribbled the address out and started to write refused. I had to explain the address on the parcel was in a totally different village and postcode!

dpd usually very good.
they have a tracker, so should know location where it was signed for.
they also take pictures with the scanner that you sign if you ask them to leave a delivery in a safe place, so deliveries' from them should be well documented.
