Got most of the farm sampled recently, pH, indicies and Organic matter. Makes quite interesting reading, P and K indicies are generally 3-4, couple of low K values, around 2, in fields cut twice last year which is expected. Most interesting though is the soil OM. A range between 5.1% and 12.4%...

Does anyone here have one or used one? Going to be doing some reseeding and looking to find out exactly what I'm putting on after getting the soil sampled. Are they with it and where can they be bought?

A water company have a grant that will cover £1500 worth of soil sampling and testing etc I have to now complete a claim form having had the work done and paid for it. I have asked if we add vat to the £1500, the answer back is its up to us to determine the correct vat treatment. Interested...
