Drinking too much coffee

Consuming excessive amounts of coffee can have negative effects on your health, especially if your body becomes dependent on it. Stop drinking coffee as much and use it as a one off noce drink.

Drink about 6-7 mugs of french press coffee daily, including last thing at night (as in midnight just before bed). I sleep like a baby and seem to have no negative effects at all. Just had medical MOT and all values good. 56 years old. Sometimes when away from home go a few days without it and don't seem to miss it. It seems there are outliers to anything.

Spent 2 days in hospital with the woman earlier in the year.. She was having pains and went to the doctors which they thought might be her appendix so was told to go to hospital for tests ect anyway after 2 days we where told it’s kidney pain from not enough water 🙄
Then we’d worked out on her work days she’d wake up have a coffee then a coffee at her mums when she drops the child off then another at work so 3 before 9.30😳then another 2-3 threw the day….

Well after been called a idiot ect she now was a big sports water bottle that goes with her everywhere 😂

I drink circa 3 pints of newscafe original a day...but ppl tell me 'it's not real coffee'....so am I OK??🤔

I could give up anytime I like😗
years ago a local bloke was told by the doc to cut back/out the 'qwaffie'as the yanks call it he didnt had a heart attack and died not long after .
used to drink it all the time mind you.

i dont touch much coffee at all, not keen on the taste, apart from the odd visit now and to MC Donald's ,they do a cracking one..to go along with a 1/4 pounder with cheese. i drink a lot of tea mind (probably as much as Guy Martin ) i could cut it back a bit but no intention of giving that up unless was 'told' to i guess.

But if beer dehydrates you, why do you end up always at toilet once you break the seal?
That's how it dehydrates you, mores coming out than is going in!!!

I used to love the first gulp of beer in the evening, would really look forward to it.

Now times have changed, I bearly drink at all now, but the first mouthful of coffee in the morning is as good as that beer used to be!!
