I see on andrew wards weekly wardys waffle on youtube the EA have again proved they arent fit for purpose by awarding a repair/drainage job to a firm that tendered a quote 5 times dearer than the local competent contractor. Then they moan about reduced budgets and lack of funds!

5x higher than the local IDB, Brown envelopes I think!! Henry Moreton was the interviewee and is on the IDB in my late brother and Fathers old seat. Witham Third IDB can not do anything about it.
