Situation Vacant Harvest Tractor Drivers and Forklift Driver

Harvest Workers

We have two harvest positions available near Holbeach, Lincolnshire, from July to mid-October, depending on the season. Shared accommodation is available, enabling both individuals to live together while working on neighboring farms of similar size and cropping.

We are ideally seeking two individuals who are friends that will primarily work independently but collaboration may be necessary, depending on the workload of the farms. The main responsibilities include tractor and trailer work for carting wheat and potatoes, with some land work depending on experience level.

Whilst prior experience is preferred, we highly value candidates with a keen and enthusiastic attitude towards the work. Candidates must be aged over 18 with a full driving license.

Forklift Driver

Additionally, one of the farms requires a forklift driver (counterbalance) for the potato season, from September to mid-October, depending on the season. The role involves running and maintaining the potato grader, loading boxes onto the box filler, and stacking them into cold storage. A forklift license and experience are essential for this position.
