I’m New toilet block delivered to the feedstore today.

Nice bit of kit. Little bit of overkill I reckon. Driver said it could lift 85 tonnes!!!
Does that sound right or was he yanking my chain?

Moisture is above the magic 14% but rain forecast, so we just going to keep going as long as we can & put it into an aerated silo on farm, rather than delivering it to Narrabri. Road trains don’t really work with backing up to augers, so dropped rear trailer off.

I got to play with this truck today ( I don’t have a MC - Multi Combination - licence, for Road Trains )

Cops etc are VERY hot on secure loads here, especially on trucks. Policed very vigorously

Not a lot of people know where they are what are .
When I see it I thought top marks for the driver .

securing loads is a MAJOR part of having a truck licence ( HR Heavy Rigid, HC Heavy Combination - semi trailer or HR with a trailer , or MC Multi Combination - multiple trailers, whether Road Trains or B Doubles / Triples ) here.

Highway Patrol Police & ESPECIALLY the RMS ( Roads & Maritime Services ) Inspectors, police it VERY heavily, there are severe penalties for not complying & everyone takes it very seriously

some of the stuff & comments I see here on TFF about loads & how it is somehow acceptable to “push the limits” a bit, because you are a farmer just have me shaking my head & thinking these people would just end up in gaol here . . .

Oh dear ,Alleys are having problems.

Ironic thing is ,the straw burning power station is just behind them , I wondered if the load was going there but developed a problem and if they had pulled down the entrance road ,it would have blocked the access for everything else .
I'll get found out ,know the guy that works those fields
