Missing this year first time in many years, looking after grandchildren for the weekendI take it you will be going down @ploughman61 ?
Another year missed for me too- I was asked to judge but I was already committed elsewhere. Judged there back in 17? Time before that was in 11 (?) when mr hill and I qualified for Sweden- seems a lifetime ago nowMissing this year first time in many years, looking after grandchildren for the weekend
or horticulture class just suit you, what about classic reverseable, that’s becoming a good class, would like to have seen that this weekend Watkins and Sutton having some good battles this seasonI dont think we will see the numbers come up again either - the costs of moving the bigger kit are only going one way. I had harboured hopes of coming back but my neck just wont let me look behind anymore - only horse ploughing for me now - might be an opportunity for me across the road soon as they are opening the museum up again in the spring.
Well pleased I got to meet you and chat Saturday afternoon. So who are the best ploughman on TFF who will be ploughing at Taunton this weekend??
Didn't do too bad - came is 2nd against the usual suspect on day 1, consequently ploughed in the champion class on day 2 and came 3rd after Richard I and Ian Berriman. Very chuffed to be honest, there was an impressive line up of top vintage men in the class and some really nice pieces of work. One notable fact was for the first time I've been going the supreme champion was awarded to the vintage trailed and not conventional...and there were plenty of top conventional men there. Trevor Johnstone from Cumbria got that and overall vintage!Good luck Fergie, you can win again
Thank you!I think @Bignor Farmer may have some results to share with us? well done sir!
