Silage / Straw / Hay Price Tracker

such things have been offered over the years, but I aint for loosing 1/2 the farm the kids or nowadays the grandkids and certainly not mrs 4 course after 50 yrs together , mindst some are fairly persistent but the thought just keeps me young and reminds of days of yore , ho ho
I had one at the weekend who kept rubbing herself against me & stroking my arm.

She must be 55 still quite nice. Eats Men for breakfast, must have brought 3 different blokes with her when buying hay over the last 10 or so.

how are you getting on with them?

We've been on with them for the last 6 weeks. Have used them on and off the last 4/5 years. Obviously a hell of a lot cheaper than straw and cattle can stay cleaner on them but in a damp atmosphere they soon turn greasy and it needs topping up regularly. Opposite applies when in a drying/windy time they last a lot longer that straw as the top stays dry/dusty and it drains through.
