Situation Vacant Work in Pembrokeshire

***DAIRY FARM ASSISTANT REQUIRED - SHORT TERM COVER. IMMEDIATE START - LAWRENNY***
Dairy Farm Assistant required - short term to cover illness (4 weeks minimum, but could be longer).

Herd of 170, all year round calving (currently 129 milking), plus followers and a small group of beef calves.

The dairy unit is at Lawrenny. Built in 2019 it is robotically milked, fed and scraped so I'm looking for someone to help with morning shed routines and livestock work both inside and outside the shed.

Work in the shed would include daily bedding with powered bed cleaner and sawdust dispenser, steam cleaning clean rooms and equipment, calf feeding, stock sorting and some treatments.

Work hours from 0730 to 12 noon weekdays .

Good stock knowledge and ability to work unsupervised is essential.

Immediate start.

Thankyou!
