We built for 20/40 but only put in 16/32. Always hated not having those extra units which probably cost next to nothing when you're...

Perhaps go 16:32. But build pit and install stainless for a 20:40. 16:32 should achieve your throughput. I never understand the point...

I would go 16/32 minimum. If you’re anything like me you will plan on milking 140 and end up with 200!

I use Orbseal, but have used Noroseal in the past and found it quite good also. The most expensive product isn't always the best either.
