Went and looked at the maize in the photo again today and water is running across the field. 20mm today.15 days to emerge which given the weather I thought was not too bad.

That was a good bit , took 5 hours to plough 8 acreshoward, that don't look wet or strong
Fastracs and small awkward fields aren't a good mix , me neck hurtsyou better trade the fastrac in for a claas

When was that field ploughed? Any freshly ploughed around here is ok but anything ploughed earlier that got a lot of rain is still wet in places!!Still a bit wet
