Thinking of changing a tractor for an Arion 420. Looking for oppinions / reviews of them. Is it powerfull enought to take a baler with a chopper (silage) on fairly hilly ground, and how would ot cope with a 2000 Gallon tanker? Any reliability issues? TIA

Deutz Fahr has recently launched a new range of tractors that are said to embody versatility, modularity, strength and good value for money within the utility mid-segment.
This segment represents what is commonly referred to as stockman’s tractors...

I’ve purchased a second hand 828 with 6000hrs on the clock. I know there’s been many threads on here saying they are bad and some say good. The previous owner said hasn’t missed a beat and doesn’t use engine oil. I’m wondering what are the tell tale signs of the engine or what’s to look out...
I’ve got 40k to spend, so looking for a decent tractor. Would like 50k, air brakes and possibly front linkage.

I've recently got a new bunning rear discharge muck spreader. I'm going to be spreading a couple of fields at a time with chicken muck and then ploughing it down so spreading will be stop start. Chicken muck is very acidic....or maybe is it alkaline? Anyway I want to keep the paint and spreader...
Help me understand these figures please.
If I’m using a 728 pulling a press on ploughing, so it’s working to its maximum all day, can I assume it will be using more fuel per hour than its predecessor? Am I missing something or is the 728 using 1.5 litres an hour more than the 828.
Can you get liquid fert, like N37 in an IBC?
I only need 3000 litres to do some headlands and have no tank.
I appreciate it will be more expensive, but do any of the big boys supply in ibcs.
Read a snippet in the Farmers Weekly this week that seemed to imply that the new rules regarding urea and the 1st of April were a Red Tractor thing.
Is it just for farm assurance or is it a defra thing, and if it`s a defra thing then what can they do if you do spread after the cut off date??
Evening,
Does anyone have any experience of the Kubota M6 002 range?
Looking for a loader tractor which will undertake yard loader duties, mow, spread fert, slurry, mow and cart a lot of round bales. Essentially an all rounder.
Just had a 132 on demo and it's a nice enough tractor. Might just...

Kubota is a large corporation with the resources to back the development of its product ranges, both from an engineering point of view and the sales and marketing angle.
Yet, it is also Japanese, and tends to be cautious about jumping on bandwagons or...

Getting time to change, looking for small crossover ,suv , something I can step into not fall into and have to heave myself out. Don't want a ladder to get in either.

So they’ve got the same chassis, gearbox, engine and suspension. Body panelling are different marginally but effectively they are the same vehicle.
The price difference is £5000-£6000 for the same model with the Amarok being more expensive. However the Amarok has 5 years warranty where as the...
Massey 7618 2013. Tractor is using adblue at around double the rate of usual. It has quite an easy life, sprayer etc but noticed the change when it was working harder. Anyone experienced this? Is there a cheap/easy fix before looking at a delete? Thanks.
Hello, anyone have any clues what this adblue error is? 521026-31.
Did change the filter which was clean but no difference.
The book tells me the adblue is not working, duh, other than that no help.
White smoke from the exhaust briefly when the error showed then normal.
