I went to a talk this week that predicted that all call centres would be running AI software by end of the year and you will be able to talk to it and ask it questions.

Dad died in 2013,if we ring the water board to pay the bill they insist on talking to him not us,so we have to put on a different voice just to give them money
From time spent travelling in India, the phrase of choice when dealing with male scammers is "madder chod", it will result in them ending the call.
Don't use it on decent people just doing an honest job.

Still get the very occasional call from (usually American) Financial investment saledroids asking for my late Uncle... I am familiar with their techniques now, so I ask them, " who exactly they want, as there are 3 people of that name here". I am told who, and "how important it is that they speak with him".
My response nowadays, is that " well if it is that important, you will need a Ouija board, as he has been dead for nearly 20 years!" The responses have been mixed!!
