Not many down here want it and the price of wheat as it is can't see the ones wanting it wanting it, best place is Sleaford burner

Sleaford won't have it either as the burner can't burn rape straw !. They'll only take wheat or barley in any height 4 foot wide bale !.

Seems so wrong burning hay or straw. Surely there are better ways to produce energy!

They used to burn most of it in the field and most of the hay I've seen would been better burnt in the field

Can anybody tell me the Vat rules on selling standing grass?.... Should I be charging the Vat at 20% or would it come in as Zero Rated??
