Annoucement Mobile Apps Now Released

Well it has taken a little longer than expected but we are pleased to announce the TFF mobile apps

You can find them on the Apple and Android app stores by searching for 'Farming Forum' or 'TFF'.

If you like the app we would appreciate it if you could leave a review on the app store

Apologies to those of you who have already found the app and are about to get a mailshot...

If you try to reply to something twice it should give you a message something along the lines of "did you mean to say the same thing twice"!

Whether it's just me or not but at times if I have poor signal on my phone(gprs) sometimes it can be a lucky dip between it sending, not sending or just sending 2 and without ever seeing that message!

That's just crappy signal, and I think the mobile app bypasses the duplicate checking, I shall get that fixed and maybe that will finally be the end of duplicate posts

That would be good if possible! It happens in pm's too, and does make you look rather special!

Have you got the new mobile app? I'm using the iOS version and it's rather slick if I may say so myself especially now with super fast alerts

@admin having problems with the android app on my phone, samsung s4 mini, it ceased loading from the server, so deleted and reinstalled the app, it now loads from the server, but when i try and log in under my username & password it just stalls and won't load up. I have tried several times to do this after deleting & reinstalling the app each time, any ideas??

That's similar to what mine is doing with Samsung Galaxy S5.
I have removed the app then reloaded from playstore and still not working.
when clicking on app I get the first page with The Farming Forum on it.
Then it just says "connecting to server" with the circle rotating and that's it. It sits there for hours!!

I have removed the app then reloaded from playstore and still not working.
when clicking on app I get the first page with The Farming Forum on it.
Then it just says "connecting to server" with the circle rotating and that's it. It sits there for hours!!

I have exactly the same problem on my Samsung note, tho I have found if I go into my apps list it will open just fine, yet when I try from the shortcuts it just sits there trying to connect!!

My nexus 4 and 7 are doing it to exit tap short cut again and it works

Got an update this morning and now back working thankfully. No more connecting to server !!
