The plan was to go drilling beet today🤣🤣,bought a used 6m Germinator they dropped it off today first thing, spent a couple of hours sorting a couple of issues, there's a lot more issues than I envisaged, trapped my bloody finger in the process, nail now is black and hurts like hell, unfortunately the Germinator is a complete heap of 💩,should have paid attention to some old posts on here about Germinators yes I did try it in the field 🤯,the reason was I want to spread a cover crop of barley in before for I drill my beet and harrow it in quickly, well that's parked up now so put the PHarrow on,filled KV geo spreader up with barley, yes I know it was windy didn't care now, mother of God the spreader had a 💩fit when I got to the field and wouldn't work, one of the actuator has packed up working so put every away and went home in a grump accomplish FA today, you know what, some days you should've just stopped in bed.
Is it raining..... I simply don't care anymore.

Started spring barley Friday. Light land. Looks like weather going to break again Monday with 4cm snow forecast. Should have this farm finished by then.

KV geo spreader and a Germinator 🤦🏻
If it wasn’t for bad luck, you wouldn’t have no luck at all 👍🏻

Be better with a Simba Top Tilth, built to last, heavy enough to make a good fine level seedbed

It's a disaster in Cornwall.
Everywhere is just wet.
Nothing is happening except some fertilizer spreading or spraying..... the bigger the kit the deeper the ruts 😱
Straw for next winter is going to be hellish !
