I think it comes on the 4th month after the start date and then every 3 months. My start date was the 1st of Jan so hopefully first payment in account by April.

Pre Christmas starts were supposed to be paid quickly, within 4 weeks.

New agreements now on, quarterly, starting 4 months from start date.
Just spoken to rpa phone monkeys and their telling me 4 months now ,did point out it was a pre Christmas one , but looks like because it starts on the first of January, I get paid I 4 months

Those that signed up and accepted with a start date nov/dec 1st should have had the first payment in by now (we have been paid) whilst welcome the next payment is not until 6 -7months after the first i.e in may with a further payment in august and the final one of the first year in nov . year 2 the first payment is feb 25. This means regardless of wether you rec the earlier pre xmas bonus timing or not the payment schedule is actually 3 yrs and 3-4months .
