Start with the simple things john
The handbrake light will flash if the brake fluid is low, also try checking the switch on the handbrake which could have a wee stone or something jamming it on
The 4wd check the fuses first including as already mentioned the fuse for the brake lights . It also might be worth disconnecting the switches at the top of the brake pedals which work the brake lights and engage 4 wheel drive for braking
There are more things it could be but that would be a start

flux capacitor is something to do with time travel,
john dont move it backwards or you will get a porous block
and if you move it forward you will have a big pile of sh1t
Very very wrong!!!!! If you go back you get the 7810..... A best seller. If you go forwards you get the TMs which considering the oldest are now 16 plus years old still compare favourably to a lot of comparable new stuff from the majority of manufacturers today.

Its on an equestrian unit, lets just say its not well loved

first job, before all the above, it to weld the exhaust back on to stop it blowing smoke up the cab window

Got a bomford cam lock loader on it too, rather oddly thats plumbed directlyinto the two rather stiff cable controlled spools as opposed to a joystick, also on wide low profile grass tyres

shes certainly a bit of an oddity bless her
Good loaders them.

Good loaders them.
We had one back in the day on a 7610...way out of it's depth shifting 1000's tons of poultry manure, pins forever breaking on the crowd rams, and lift rams needed resealing constantly.
The dealer insisted on plumbing it into tractor spools as well, far more reliable than cable operated levers so he said.
Eventually perfected the art of pulling back spool lever, whilst pushing the crowd lever with my thumb....and reaching across and changing gear with my left hand.o_O:LOL:

Exact same issue here, those stubby 40 series spool levers are not exactly fingertip light are they

The brake oil level sensor could be faulty most go that way, the 4wd is pressure off so you probably have a power problem that may be the fuse. There's also a small valve in the unit that if it breaks the spring in it stops the oil disengaging the dog clutch, but check the power a d solenoid work before goi g that far in. Those horse tractors are just destined to hardship.

Yeah, only one thing worse than scraper duties...that's horse paddock/stableyard work. Nothing will be checked/ oiled/ greased from the moment it arrives till the day it leaves.

Iv had ours on our maxxum for 18 years done thousands of hours of hevy work. Granted iv had to replace the crowd pins on more than one occasion but its done a fair amount. And i like its geometry on the tractor. Iv got it on the joystick mind.
