We use rotary tiller to plough the land twice, once dry and another wet and puddling....then another one run to smoothen the field...
Fertilizer is divided into 3 portion totalling about 1200 kg of NPK 15/15/15 or about 200kg of N, 100kg of P and 100kg of K.
Fungicide is applied 20 days after replanting and insecticide 45 days after replanting....watchout for rats around 45 days and boar around 60 days after replanting...the seeds start to fill around 60-75 days and hardened from 75-100 days...
Birds are big nuisance around 60-80 days...
Please ask further cause i don't know what to discuss without input from forum :)

It would be really good if you have pictures of the crop over the 100 days, just to give us an idea how fast it grows and what it looks like at different stages of development.
Do you have fields at many different stages of development, or are they all the same age. Has this got to do with keeping disease and animals under control?

Thanks!

We have to plant them all at the same time as to control pest and diseases, yes because we don't have winter here....but this request is getting more and more frequent especially from fellow farmers...and i was thinking of taking pictures everyweek for next crop...what does our forum have in mind?

I don't know of a permenent solution to birds but when the sun isn't too bright, ideally at dawn and dusk, we have had a lot of success with a laser beam torch, sold in the UK as the "Portek Laser strike". We simply keep moving this along the ground up to the birds and they get up and fly off. Then we can keep scaring them out of their roosts.
As with most things in life, effort in gives rewards out.
