One thing I've noticed imo with nearly all the you tubers is that they
are mainly instructing others to do the day to day work.
Nohing wrong in that but stop moaning about farming if paying
staff because they themselves prefer to go on holidays and road trips.
Not all of them, there are alot of genuine, hardworkers among them.
However you do get the odd ones that just seem to be the farm manager which is fair enough, if you're making enough to employ someone to do the graft while you spend it with the family, etc, then why not?
Or you get young Olly who constantely tells the viewers how hard he works, 24/7, 365, etc, yet never actually shows much work being done.
Although I don't think he could employ someone, the muppet hasn't got a clue what he's doing himself most of the time. 😂

I find the videos where people are cracking on and doing things more interesting/watchable, Dove farms, farming fixing and fabricating etc. Obviously some operations are bigger and need someone who is just managing all day which is fine, (not Ag but Daniel Ashville is great at this). I can't be doing with watching millionaires complaining about how hard done to they are and how they can't make any real money.
I'm not sure some of them have ever visited the real world.

I think you find I did when I realised I’d been asked
I don’t go on here much as it’s mostly people slagging off others hiding behind a fake names
Such a shame really it use to be a friendly place
You should do what olly farm does and only read the positive comments. What a statement. Comments on YouTube channels is more of a love in. I have seen critical but fair comments removed from videos. Example, a YouTuber son driving underage. I have no problem with that but why record it and not accept people pointing that out all the while boasting about his son driving.

Just watching Ashvilles new one. He's moving yard nextdoor. Genuinely pleased for the man. From where he's come from to where you can see he's going is nothing short of amazing.
Just seen it, I've watched him for ages. The stress he must have been under dealing with that and not saying anything on his weekly's.
Amazing how much landlords who probably don't do a tenth of the work can destroy businesses, he's very lucky next door came up.
Some grafter.

It will have been incredibly stressful knowing you're out of one yard but having nowhere to go. Then NR offering the ideal yard but not knowing if you're getting it !
I'm sure Michael O'Donovan would have let him use his rail-head in the meantime 😉
I had breakfast with him on Monday - he doesn't get any better... 🤦🏻‍♂️

Well I personally am pleased to see Olly has proven all you numpties wrong and shown that perseverance pays, as he is set to fulfill a dream and open a machinery dealership. I also think he is very wise making some branded hoodies his top priority for the new business venture.
Don't forget his buisness cards.
I mean what could go wrong, his contracting, groundworks and welding/fabricating businesses have all been a roaring success. Like Olly himself said, and I quote " with who I am, I'll get the work " so it'll be fine. :ROFLMAO:
