Farmers earn more from YouTube than their crops

It will have been incredibly stressful knowing you're out of one yard but having nowhere to go. Then NR offering the ideal yard but not knowing if you're getting it !
I'm sure Michael O'Donovan would have let him use his rail-head in the meantime 😉
I had breakfast with him on Monday - he doesn't get any better... 🤦🏻‍♂️

In fairness I think Daniel is an excellent businessman and a superb ambassador for construction

Tom used to be a joy to watch. But sadly in the last few months he doesn't seem to be down to earth, like he used to be. In recent times I haven't been able to watch his videos. I watched part of his video today with the Hoof GP, Tom would ask him a question, and half way through the Hoof GP's response he would drown him out by going "Yeah yeah yeah yeah!" over the top of him. I just can't stand his videos any more.
Don't know if anybody else has noticed this, or is it me becoming a miserable sod! :ROFLMAO:
I cant get my head around how hes so confident to make videos and have public round to watch his cows turn out and farm shop yet the place is not just untidy its an absolute hovel ! He must be making a fair bit ? Why they cant get the olace tidied up is beyond me ! It seems to be getting worse as well not better .

Will it ever happen? Won’t last long if it does. Everyone he’s bought machines from in the past couple of years have seen him coming flogging worn out stuff that he’s initially delighted with.
Couldn’t deal cards.

He said if it does well he can then afford to take on staff. I'm going to get my CV in early, I could learn so much from him

Wow, ‘machinery business off the ground already’ he’s not even bought it yet let alone rented any out 🫣

I agree. I would say part of the cause of the untidiness is he has started far too many projects and has left them unfinished around the farm. He would be better off finishing them completely.

It is like as if he has made spending money a chore. Whereas, a few years ago he seemed to value money much more and spend it when he had it. Now he just seems to spend it faster than he can earn it. A new parlour, two new tractors, a pickup, and lot's more all in the space of just a few months! This just paints a pretty picture for dairy farming, when in reality for some farmers it can be the exact opposite!

Like you have quite rightly said, it could do with being tidier. It didn't need anywhere near as much money as what Tom has thrown at it to improve it. I'm just glad it's not my money.

I've watched a couple of his videos and thought the same thing, he's struggling to turn them round when levelling some of that stone would leave loads of room.
