    what is the thinking behind phasing out multi barreled guns. or did you mean the older side by sides. it's nearly all o/u guns here nowadays and most would be proofed for steel shot. most clay shooters use 21-28 grms.

    no problem getting light loads or fibre wads over here. i use 24grm fibres.

    the guy with the beretta auto had trouble cycling 21grm loads. probably too light a load.

    Quad mitts / heated grips - recommendations

    i have oxford heated grips on my road bike. can't fault them but with hindsight i think heated gloves would be a better bet as they heat the backs of the hands as well as the palms.

    All our fences were batten(droppers) 5 high tensile plain wires and 2 ht barbed on top. 4" round posts every 10 MTRS . .no problem keeping sheep in.

    how do you find the benelli shotguns. i have a browning cynergy o/u which while being a bloody good gun is getting a bit heavy for my 78yr old body. a guy i shoot clays with has a beretta but it is a bit fussy about loads.

    I remember father grubbing and rolling up heaps of couch and onion couch in a proper rotation. The heaps were then burnt but there could be just as much a few years later. The Ransomes scan body and roundup were a godsend.
