This is not strictly true ex farmer. Many people who own farmland in Cornwall have been given notice of the Dutchy of Cornwalls legal mineral rights apparently running back over centuries......

Be careful with the screen in on one side, we had an unexpected strong easterly and it totally flipped my tunnel, I am guessing that the wind entered along the mesh side but had nowhere to go, it ended up flipping the whole structure over. Bleddy nightmare.
I've a 110 csw that's nearly as old as me, fits me like a glove, and has never let me down, I love it, it's totally functional for me. Paid 2k for it 10 years ago and no major ridiculous bills since, probably an average £400 p/a on servicing and bits and bobs.
