The tractor is still under warranty, so it’ll be sorted before it’s someone else’s problem anyways. So I don’t appreciate the tone there.
All I’m saying is, if it can get me by the next month or so then they can sort it when it goes through the workshop. If it’s a simple bolt in bit I can get...
Is this a big job? Mines just started this exact thing this afternoon. It’s going away in a month so I don’t want to spend a fortune on it for someone else’s gain but the PTO is kind of an essential item :LOL:
I did this with mine once, it looked fantastic, Infact I did a thread BUT… after a few days, it looked awful. All the chalky white polish dust seemed to come back with the first shower of rain and I wished I hadn’t.
I now leave my hi-spec to be a bit pink lol
The thing is, as I’m sure many of us on here are the same, it’s all I know.
Would it be the same, farming, but working for someone else? Keep your toe in without all the aggro, and with a sum in the bank?
Once you’ve been your own boss, be tough being told what to do and when.
We’ve a new tractor coming and it’s been the first time I’m looking forward to it, but also slightly thinking i hope I’ve done right.
Prices are crazy, although the trade in price was very strong, so the jump wasn’t toooooo bad.
The way farming is , I’d say it’ll be the last tractor we buy...
