Hi @Romeogolf,
The 'large black box' attached, and protruding from the rear of the screen is indeed where the RTK Radio is normally housed.
However it may or may not have one installed, there will usually be a sticker if there is one present.
To test, you could attempt to setup a correction on...
@Adeptandy Sorry to hear about your issue, I've spoken with the hardware provider and have been assured any equipment with issues will be replaced with a newer version. They will be in touch soon.
