I have a Ssanyong 4x4 and it is a devil of a job to get limited use status at the post office ,tried 2 local ones and have been advised to send the log book to Swansea with a covering letter ,seems strange.

I was wondering is there any downside of sowing in dry weather so the seed is in situ or to await rain and sow just before ? I suppose there's a risk of a light shower germinating the seed and a subsequent dry period shrivelling them up.
