    Guernsey -No vet !

https://guernseypress.com/news/2023/12/01/dairy-farms-left-without-emergency-veterinary-care/ This is the statement from last year, unfortunately, the local press have not put the recent sad loss online, only in the printed version.

Fuel tank from red to white

The bigger the tank, the less of an issue it will be, as long as you fill the tank, to dilute any residual red.

    Central Heating

Sounds like a very similar set up,.have heard of houses with ducting and grilles in the floors for a forced warm air heating system.

    Central Heating

Looks like the winn warm air heaters that we used to heat glasshouses with years ago. Ran on diesel, with polythene tubes running the length of the glasshouse to distribute the warm air.

    Kero tank distance from building

All underground oil lines here are the nylon black pipeing, and are sleeved in alkathene pipe, with a couple of inches of the alkathene showing above ground at either end, if an oil line does split, then you will see the leak fill the pipe and leak out.

    Rotovate pre-ploughing, any benefit?

If you do rotovate, dont go more than 3 inches deep, the deeper you go , the more the skimmers have to work ,with more chance of blockages. Or , just rotovate the headlands, 1 run where your 1st plough run will be, and where your plough short turns will be, if any. Nearly always rotovated...

Bunded tank, is there a way.....?

To get fuel out of a bunded top offtake tank, for an aga,you will need an oil lifter, basically, it's like a header tank, usually wall mounted, it pumps up oil into it, with a small electric pump, built in, then let's it gravity feed to the aga.

    Filling slurry tanker with water.

get a sludge pump or similar and top fill it, wont take long as it isnt much bigger than a coke can, be a lot easier than fannyassing about with drawbars, pto's etc,

    Heating oil tank leak.

Wont make any difference, those tanks only have a 1year guarantee now, have seen loads split over the years, temperature differences cause the splits, if you need to have a tank outside, get a bunded one.

    Towable water bowser

I meant using a galvanised tanker, although you can paint the internals with a strong waterproof sealant if you get a steel tanker.

    Towable water bowser

Why not try slurry tank manufacturer ? See if they would sell you a basic tank/chassis, no pump, spreader plate etc, with a blanking plate on rear outlet to enable you to put any size outlet on it as required.
