To be fair to Agriland they're only reporting on the fact that this new group has formed and explaining what their point is. If you click on to their website they have run Defra's response right beside the story above...

Read this today about the new land mobility scheme in Northern Ireland. Am I the only one thinking the landowner is the only one winning here? Sounds like cheap labour, also surely this will make more older farmers hang on to their farms if they know they can lease or pair up with someone...
