    Yes, you're right. If your test expires that's it, no moving cattle off the farm (except for direct to the factory for slaughter) until this is all over. Give with one hand, take with the other :rolleyes: Will still apply even if testing has been suspended

    Read this today about the new land mobility scheme in Northern Ireland. Am I the only one thinking the landowner is the only one winning here? Sounds like cheap labour, also surely this will make more older farmers hang on to their farms if they know they can lease or pair up with someone...
