At ph 6? With high Magnesium? If it was mine ton of calcium lime per acre retest in the Autumn. It needs reseeding too.

The soil test result may indicate the soil is high in calcium as well. This is the beauty of a broad spectrum test rather than a basic test.

If you have normal or high phosphate/potash and very high magnesium there is little you will do to alter that. A bit of lime wouldn't...
