Do we miss bravo and opus?

Epoxiconazole failed the endocrine disruptor test - so was bound to be banned. You slated CRD in your initial post. If anything CRD allowed it use for a couple of years more than some other European countries which are members of the EU. Anyway its gone now.

    Who's bottled it ?

1978 Paper explaining classification of suitability based on Soil Series. This still applies in my opinion. Soil Series is a better determinant than an individual farmers personal definition of 'Heavy' 'Light' 'Medium'. From following thread and discussions on here over the years and...

    Gatekeeper running very slowly.

Yep. Is a discussion topic. I too thought it was me but seems everyone. Adding new products particularly painful.

Do we miss bravo and opus?

Brilliant eradicant and protectant for Yellow and Brown Rust. And compatible with mesosulfuron and pryroxulam herbicides. So sadly, sadly missed by me. Not everything is Septoria.

    SFI 24 no till payment

Defra only has £220 hectare to play with.some of the boys in these threads with AHL2 planted July followed by AHL1 plus a bit of IPM4 and a dash of SAM2 with a smidge of IPM3 will be drawing more than that per hectare. Relying on the man growing parsnips not getting ought. Now that fella...

    SFI 24 no till payment

Maybe. But that is not the point. Government policy is cultivating soil is bad. And thus any action that encourage change is good, as far as government is concerned. While as someone wo presumably has been on the journey you are being too literal Huno.

    SFI 24 no till payment

I would love to be in the bowels of Nobel House at the focus group meetings and with the external 'agricultural' consultants advising the Defra 'team' most of who posibly studied English Lit at Cambridge or Interntional Relations at Bath and find themselves in the Defra policy lead team on their...

    SFI 24 no till payment

No, not back to school Huno. SFI is about encouraging and rewarding behavioral change. So a three year payment for No Tillage to you seems to short a period. But to a policy maker that three years may be long enough to sow and germinate that behavioral change that is then adopted. Thus the...

    SFI 24 no till payment

I would say defining No Till for purposes of farmer and inspector understanding is straightforward! No Tillage!! But that is not what farmers will want nor telling Defra. So Janet's team if tasked to be farmer friendly will be wrapping themselves up in knots trying to write a 'loosely' worded...
