Seems somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. why so hostile? firstly, everything is cut and not over hanging. He cuts the bushes on my side saying they are overhanging - when cctv shows otherwise. Why so hostile?

I needed some advice from people who have experience in farming! I thought this was the best place to ask :)

My grandfather was a farmer. Between my fence and his wall would be less than 1 metre. I want to put a 6.5 ft fence up - is that the legal fence before planning permission is needed? it was approved as an outbuilding. Not as a habitable space.

No, nothing odd here. I m a new farm owner (hence the lack of knowledge). It’s my first time owning a farm. In regards to the neighbour, he’s a twit who thinks he’s above the law. And it’s not something I m going to let him get away with it. why should I let him!
