    Give them feed blocks with copper and selenium then they will be peeing and pooping out what they don't need back onto the soil to fix the problem.

    Goats would be fine for 14 days. my neighbours away for 2 months . I check his cows and calves every 3 or 4 days. I am in Aus.

    I think you could claim adverse possession if nobody knows who the owner is and if you have done with it as you wish for 40 years with no contact from the owner.

    I thought it was fairly average and the final trial at the end was unfair. attaching a rope to young dogs so you can catch them works well though and they do behave better if you are holding a plastic rake.

    If the pipe is only going to one outlet you could try putting a smaller pipe through it.

    One of the few good things about Victoria is you don't need to have a roadworthy (mot) on vehicles unless they need reregistering ie new owner or the cops see something they don't like. Surprisingly it dose'nt leed to loads of broken down cars or serious crashes.

    A lot of the South Gippsland grass farms that l look at have gone from 10,000 to $15,000 an acre .

    I had that problem when l sold some land in England. It was about a third of an acre against a neighbour my side of a hedge with a stream on neighbours side. Deeds said l owned land out to stream but this bit off land was not registered to anyone. Soliciter advised to claim the land under...
