Ours i think is the older style float system where it uses a length of threaded bar going through a short string and a longer spring.... I don't see it being a good system and think it doesn't provide enough float.

It would really depend on what type of current draw the baler will use.
Is it for a control box? Is there a fuse in the control box... If so what amperage is it? If it's say 15A then go 16A cable if it's 10A a 16A cable will still do ok.
If your thinking ahead go 20A and that will do almost...

It came up for sale at a private dealer along with a sister 6040 from the same farm.... The only difference between it and ours was a year younger, oval lights, slightly bigger loader and no opening front window...
