Did wonder about putting sheep on for a couple days but I’m hopeful of wanting to cut it in 3 weeks even though it’s stuck at 3-6 inches

How about Lucerne but don’t graze it too tight. No inputs need & high in protein in second year could get 3 cuts easily.
