How do I treat interdigital fibroma? Vet has no idea what it is

I've had big interdigital growths on cattle before which I treated with dry ice spray. Don't know if you can still get it, but it was the spray that you could DIY freeze brand with. Daily spraying/freezing of the growth. end eventually died back to a manageable size.

    Water leak help

your black pipe section will probably be the best place to start looking for leaks. The estate we are on had lots of Class D pipe in, gave up repairing leaks and bursts and simply put a new system in.

    A good calving course?

find a local dairy farmer who will be willing to talk you through it. Chances are they will have multiple calvings /month and cattle that are better to handle. Of course though, one of the golden rules of calving is don't intervene if it can be avoided.

    Methane

I think you will find that very rew, if any, farmers have told govt. that it is ok to use medicated feed to suppress methane emissions. Farmers representatives on the other hand.....

    Methane

interesting to hear that the Prof stated the Paris agreement was all about temperature targets. However, the policy makers worldwide, have chosen Net Zero to be all about emissions targets Focussing on emissions is never going to work as emissions dont actually generate warming, where as...

    Arla

Not only that, after 12 years of use, the "science" will tell you that if you stop using it you will be increasing emissions! Therefore the system is hooked on feeding an additive by default legislation. Any idea how the pricing structure for the additive will be formulated on future? Any idea...

European court rules human rights violated by climate inaction

Maybe, as livestock farmers we could claim that our human rights, and those of our animals, have been violated because of the constant political and commercial policy making based on flawed science, that "Ruminants are a major contributor to global warming" If the science (and policymakers)...

    Our country has gone fudged

sadly, it's fully understandable. Recent media attention of both water boards and chicken units has meant that a reaction from a member of the public who is opposed to water boards polluting our rivers, can easily assume that an umbillical set-up will be doing similar. The real issue is that...
