    Thats because there are 2 prices ex farm and delivered with grain, one with transport built in and one paying 3rd party to haul.

    you will cut it for silage before the black grass has headed or if not before the black grass seed is viable, therefore you will get a lower amount but a better quailty silage. Cut some where around the 3rd week in may and you will be fine (depending where you are in the country)

    i think your right but how would you go about renegotiating months after putting the tender in, surely it would say my word is worth nothing as I will change my mind later? How would you start the conversation

    Its alright and that's all there is to say about it, shortish fairly good disease rating and very early, scruffy variety though. It was stable mate to ES Astrid, Would be better growing Excalibur IMO

    Ability SOSR drilled at 4kg/ha in to flooded, slug ravished, black grass heavy land. Can't believe how well it has come must be some thing in this direct drilling

    "embossed" wheat leaf ?

    I think the agronomist said last year it was something to do with when the leave was coming out it may have been a bit tight due to some stress of either chemical or weather frost or drought, could be wrong though
