Talking with the neighbour recently, and he was bragging about what he paid for the farm. I think he's lying, as I offered more than he claims to have paid for it. I know you can find house prices on Zoopla, but never been able to find any farms. Am I looking in the wrong place?

I think the fact you're asking the question means you know the answer. If you've a decent mechanised system for feeding cows then it's easy. Sheep (hill) here take up far too much time for the returns from a horned lamb.
