    Yes of course, sadly that is true. Ag industry is being sacrificed for the sake of greater autonomy. The question remains, who stands to benefit? Not the farmers.

    SS, I agree entirely and I like buying fresh quality produce. However, every country or canton or town will have a similar scenario. In that scenario, who will import UK excess meat? AU & NZ? Probably not. SA? I don’t think so. Canada? US is closer and cheaper. South America? Definitely not...
